Poor customer service experience with EducationMinds

On October 13, 1989, I signed up for EducationMinds's technical assistance at their Danland, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $209.91, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Haley E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
