False promises made by Architecture Associates Holdings representative

On January 25, 2017, I signed up for Architecture Associates Holdings's exchange program at their Crystalstad, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $280.46, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mia U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
