I have been a loyal customer of Knowledge Institute of Mastery Depok for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-2065-VJF-1153) on November 23, 1999, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
