Refund refused by Knowledge Institute of Mastery Depok

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9803-YAZ-8340 placed with Knowledge Institute of Mastery Depok on July 10, 1976. I paid $213.70 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Janiya N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
