I have been a loyal customer of Properties of Modern for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-1431-LYU-8918) on May 4, 2010, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
