I am writing regarding order #ORD-1875-ONF-5452 placed with EasyRetail on March 19, 1993. I paid $261.70 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rosemary R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
