I want to report a serious concern with TechMicro Palma's gadget that I purchased on August 29, 1995 from your North Garnetthaven, Nevada store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Dayna J., but my issue remains unresolved.
