TechMicro Palma refused to address issue

On October 20, 1992, I signed up for TechMicro Palma's repair service at their Millsfurt, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $705.62, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Hilma N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
