TechMicro Palma failed to honor their commitment

On August 9, 2022, I signed up for TechMicro Palma's repair service at their East Boris, Washington location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $128.55, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Abigayle H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
