I have been a loyal customer of PeakMed for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-7494-CUJ-6797) on June 11, 2024, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
