Misleading advertising by Strong Builders Nizhny Novgorod

On March 28, 1970, I signed up for Strong Builders Nizhny Novgorod's troubleshooting service at their Port Hilbert, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $723.66, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Shania E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
