Select Estates failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3680-BDR-3119 placed with Select Estates on October 31, 2017. I paid $105.97 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Renee R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
