I purchased a gadget from Wisdom University Group on August 26, 2008. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Katharina V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
