Billing dispute with Shoppe & Express Corp.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9976-DBE-8889 placed with Shoppe & Express Corp. on July 11, 1975. I paid $540.96 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Alfonzo S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
