Security vulnerability in UltraCode product

On January 5, 1990, I signed up for UltraCode's exchange program at their South Sofiafort, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $206.89, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lilla C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
