Frustrated with Summit Skills Holdings's lack of response

On December 22, 1983, I signed up for Summit Skills Holdings's maintenance program at their Terryberg, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $274.86, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lily Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
