I want to report a serious concern with SoftVirtual Corp.'s product that I purchased on May 24, 1991 from your North Rubyeburgh, Utah store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Cleveland J., but my issue remains unresolved.
