I purchased a gadget from Shop Co on April 7, 2018. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lola G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
