On August 27, 2014, I signed up for Super Shoppe Direct's delivery service at their East Gilbert, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $903.99, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Philip V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
