Advocate, Advocate & Advocates LLC refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3697-AKN-1396 placed with Advocate, Advocate & Advocates LLC on April 24, 1994. I paid $105.67 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Marlen K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
