Innovative Renovations Holdings refused to address issue

On January 31, 1974, I signed up for Innovative Renovations Holdings's delivery service at their Cortezhaven, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $711.43, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vernon O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
