I am writing regarding order #ORD-3967-JNQ-2151 placed with BestHaus Inc. on April 6, 2014. I paid $653.11 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Maia L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
