I purchased a software from Skills of Institute on September 13, 1971. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Marlon E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
