Unresolved issue with Delicious & Tastes Palembang Corp. product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3511-LJP-2825 placed with Delicious & Tastes Palembang Corp. on April 19, 1997. I paid $169.87 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ebony K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
