Prime Community Investments refused to address issue

On August 12, 1974, I signed up for Prime Community Investments's warranty service at their Bufordshire, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $953.40, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lonie T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
