Poor customer service experience with Prime Community Investments

On March 23, 2016, I signed up for Prime Community Investments's delivery service at their Kennithberg, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $356.90, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kyler Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
