Counsel Advisors of Fair Corp. refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6787-JQO-8141 placed with Counsel Advisors of Fair Corp. on March 9, 1980. I paid $769.74 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Maximo H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
