I purchased a subscription from Counsel Advisors of Fair Corp. on June 16, 2013. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Gilda Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
