Delayed delivery from Flavors Provisions

On September 14, 2008, I signed up for Flavors Provisions's consultation at their Port Gwen, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $403.95, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ralph Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
