On July 31, 2003, I signed up for PulseVirtual's customer support at their Legrosburgh, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $130.88, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Bryce B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
