Misleading advertising by Domain & International

On July 24, 1993, I signed up for Domain & International's installation service at their East Unique, Utah location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $649.10, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Erling I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
