Poor customer service experience with Authentic & Cuisine Holdings

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9892-XUU-6537 placed with Authentic & Cuisine Holdings on July 9, 1970. I paid $325.2 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Davonte L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
