Hidden fees discovered from Authentic & Cuisine Holdings

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3003-CSI-6105 placed with Authentic & Cuisine Holdings on December 17, 1989. I paid $369.45 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Easton U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
