I have been a loyal customer of IntellectStudies for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-1081-XJR-1278) on April 30, 2020, and have encountered has a manufacturing defect. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
