Unsatisfactory resolution from Defender Advocate Partners

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8278-GKE-3191 placed with Defender Advocate Partners on July 23, 2007. I paid $586.94 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Francis Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
