Misleading advertising by RoboWave Labs Holdings

On June 14, 1971, I signed up for RoboWave Labs Holdings's customer support at their Lake Michelle, Texas location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $117.30, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Carole T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
