Quality issues with RoboWave Labs Holdings product

On March 22, 2007, I signed up for RoboWave Labs Holdings's support package at their New Ruthfort, Montana location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $355.71, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Guido M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
