I purchased a product from RoboWave Labs Holdings on July 9, 2022. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Aaron E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
