Delayed delivery from Land & Consultants Corp.

On February 22, 2004, I signed up for Land & Consultants Corp.'s exchange program at their West Theresia, Maine location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $837.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Theron A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
