I want to report a serious concern with Advisory, Advisory & Associates's application that I purchased on May 23, 1987 from your New Arlieshire, Oklahoma store. The product has faced system outages despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Samson A., but my issue remains unresolved.
