Quality issues with Residence Services product

On April 3, 2023, I signed up for Residence Services's return process at their Mertzhaven, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $913.4, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Misty H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
