I am writing regarding order #ORD-3089-YUD-1454 placed with Residence Services on February 24, 2003. I paid $142.21 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Adolfo X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
