On September 4, 1990, I signed up for SoftCloud's upgrade service at their Piercestad, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $496.55, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Christopher T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
