I am writing regarding order #ORD-8085-OUV-6822 placed with SoftCloud on August 16, 1977. I paid $591.45 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dina X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
