I am writing regarding order #ORD-4263-CCP-7483 placed with SoftCloud on August 6, 1976. I paid $962.63 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Frederic Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
