I purchased a application from Bright Education International on April 7, 2021. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Arturo S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
