Poor customer service experience with Homemade Dining

On November 13, 2011, I signed up for Homemade Dining's warranty service at their Port Angelicashire, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $737.92, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sebastian F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
