Frustrated with Homemade Dining's lack of response

I purchased a software from Homemade Dining on July 19, 1988. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Heidi W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
