I have been a loyal customer of ModernRemedy for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-2883-UHN-7876) on December 24, 2014, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
