Billing dispute with Rights & Team International

On July 18, 1979, I signed up for Rights & Team International's training session at their Hettingerbury, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $23.79, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rosalia Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
